A man shared a brilliant idea about achieving air conditioning's cooling effect with an electric fan by attaching modified water bottles in the fan's air outlet and allowing the air to exit through the narrow necks of the bottles. This footage was filmed by Xu Sen, in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China at 9:07 p.m. on July 19. Xu explained that this creation was inspired by a physical principle. In simple terms,this is because when air is compressed or flow at high speeds, they take away the surrounding heat, resulting in a more noticeable cooling effect
