FBI Director calls Chinese counterintelligence threat greatest to United States at Senate hearing

Louisiana Senator John Kennedy asks FBI Director Christopher Wray at Senate Judiciary Committee oversight hearing if he thought based on his knowledge of security that most Chinese spies could be caught, Wray yielding the no one in his faith and confidence in the great work of the many women of the FBI but to add that the Chinese counterintelligence that was the greatest counterintelligence threat faced by the country, the sheer number of nontraditional collectors working on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party something requiring a massive resource challenge, Kennedy not asking him to guarantee anything.
