Congresswoman Gabbard questions Mattis over justifying Syria attack

Hawaii congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard engages Defense Secretary Jim Mattis at the House Armed Services Committee hearing over whether President Donald Trump would uphold the Constitution and comply with law before obtaining authorization for the launching US military attacks inside Syria, Mattis answering the decision had not yet been made and troops were inside Syria for dealing with a name the terrorist group not actually named in the aorta, a complex area.
