Poland's LGBT Culture And Gay Pride Parade

As the number of coronavirus cases in Poland has reach the highest numbers since the beginning of the coronavirus novel, this year’s equality march as been postponed from May 2020 taking place on a different format to follow the COVID-19 restrictive measures imposed by the Government. Growing hostility towards the LGBT community in Poland has driven a wave of protests from both sides. President Duda is said to have conducted a campaign that actively deployed anti-LGBT rhetoric as an election strategy, and calling “LGBT ideology” more dangerous than communism.
