Nuts, raisings, sweet dry ftuits and amaranth seeds are seen in a stall on October 05, 2016 at the Mole Fair in San Pedro Atocpan, Milpa Alta borough near Mexico City's inner limits. The mole, a sauce of pre-hispanic origin made out of 26 basic ingredients cooked according to traditional recipes, including four different types of chili, almonds, nuts, and chocolate, transmitted through generations, is a valued jewel of town's culinary.
