Sydney, AUSTRALIA: Members of the Australia West Papua Association raise the banned Papuan Morning Star flag outside the Indonesian Consulate at Maroubra in Sydney, 30 April 2006. The move by Australia to grant bridging visas to 42 asylum seekers who arrived by boat from the province of Papua in January, has strained relations between Indonesia and Australia. In a bid to heal the diplomatic rift, Australia has agreed to review its immigration procedures to ensure all future boat arrivals would be processed offshore.
