Newspaper Editor Howard Rock

Howard Rock, editor and publisher of the ?Tundra Times,? holds up a copy of his newspaper as he attends the annual meeting of the Association on American Indian Affairs in New York City. Rock described his publication as 'the world's only Eskimo-Indian-Aleut newspaper.' It is published twice monthly at Fairbanks, Alaska. Rock was a speaker at the meeting held at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art.
